• School transport must be arranged by phone only. Due to safety laws and background verification requirements, online booking is not available for school transportation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

3. Disclaimers

• We are not responsible for service delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.

• LA Luxe Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for safety or compliance reasons.

4. Liability

• We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during transport.

• We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from third-party negligence or force majeure events.
